*** RESERVATIONS ***
Open kid spots are free to reserve, and if the selected kid is born, then a $50 deposit (taken out of total price) will be due 7 days after birth if not already paid prior. If the selected kid is not born then the buyer may choose a remaining available kid, or forfeit the deposit. The $50 deposit is non-refundable unless the kid has a genetic defect, becomes deceased while still at Dragonfly Acres/Lavendairy, or in an extreme extenuating circumstance under my discretion. Reservations are first come first serve. The reservation list will be updated as soon as possible. The kidding schedule and sales list are a combination of DFA Kids and Lavendairy available through Dragonfly Acres Farm.

*** SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITY ***
Kids will be tattooed and disbudded (and wethered if decided) before leaving the property unless discussed and come to an agreement prior to pickup. All goats will have their hooves trimmed and will be in proper condition to leave the property, if needed, except for young kids. All goats will leave with a bill of sale an any other necessary paperwork that is on hand. If any registration or paperwork has not arrived, then it will be mailed to the buyer as soon as it is received.

*** PRICING ***
Floor prices are non-negotiable, they are pretty fair concerning quality and comparison to the market. Our typical range is $100-$600 but may vary beyond that. Payment plans are only allowed while the animal is being held before pickup, NOT afterward, otherwise total balance is due at pickup.

*** BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY ***
As soon as any goat leaves the property, anything that happens to that animal (injury, illness, mortality, etc.) is the responsibility of the buyer and no longer for us to take care of. Once again all goats will leave with a bill of sale and any other paperwork if ready at the time, including the possibility of a contract. It is the buyer's job to figure out transportation, trailer/carrier/kennel, bottles, leads and collars.

*** RETURNS***
Like previously mentioned, the animal is no longer my responsibility once it has left the property. However, if there is good communication from the buyer I will help with any concerns the best I can. We currently do not accept returns, nor refund, we have biosecurity protocols in place. We cannot put our herd at risk by bringing another animal back right after it has been on another property, with other animals. I do ask to have first right of refusal, so if the animal goes back up for sale after some time I would like to have the offer brought to me first. This would only be for clean tested herds.
